For the past week, we have been experiencing a huge increase in call volume across our clinics and due to this, there are long wait times and some patients have commented they can't even be put on hold - they are just simply cut off. Please be patient with us, as our receptionists are trying their absolute best to get to you.

We like to thank those of our patients who are self-isolating and not presenting to our clinics when showing cold/flu like symptoms.
Please be reminded we are happy to do phone consultations for those who are unwell.
We are still seeing patients who are without cold/flu symptoms and who have no history of travel or COVID-19 contact, for regular things such as: scripts, referrals, test results and childhood immunisations.
